We were out of the area buyers. Scott made our buying a great experience. He is very professional and easy to deal with. His follow up and experience was top notch. I would use him again as well as recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Emotional. That’s the best way to describe the home buying/selling experience. There are ups/downs, states of calm/agitation, and the general uncertainties that go along with the transaction. To that degree, the person most responsible for navigating those ebbs and flows is your realtor. From the get-go, Scott (along with his “everything is fine, I got your back”) demeanor, was there for us. On time, well-organized, and professional, he answered phone calls, emails, and texts promptly, and followed through on everything he said he’d do. While we were sad to sell our home, we were thrilled with the experience we had with Scott Smith!

Scott did a detailed evaluation of the house and highlighted needs which were done with his supervision. When completed extensive advertising, open house and timely showings were done by Scott since he was knowleble in all areas of real estate. I am confined to an assisted living facility which required more from Scott who was always available, This resulted in a full price sale closing in a timley manner.

Scott presented with a high degree of professionalism, giving sound and insightful advice on the local real estate market. His attention to detail and communication skills are of the highest calibre. I recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling their home and/or property.

This is the second time that we called on the services of Scott. We were once again not disappointed in our decision. Scott is a very hard worker and is pleasant, funny, very professional, prompt, and easily accessible. This sale was a very involved one for Scott and us. There were alot of things that needed to be handled in a very timely manner by someone who knows there way around houses and all that pertain to real estate transactions. My wife and I felt very supported by Scott throughout the process and will definitely call on him again if we need him.

We had no experience in selling a mobile home and were completely dependent on Scott. Our brother had lived in his home over 20 years and never threw anything away! Scott was so very helpful in taking items to the dump for us (two ladies) many times, sharing where we could sell items, and what we could donate and places we could do that. I am Barbara Thompson, the sister of Betsy Granger and we were both from out of town. We were not familiar with any of the facilities or organizations we could use in an unfamiliar town, so Scott was invaluable to us. Scott willingly spent time giving us expertise in how to dispose of our brother's belongings. Our brother, Tom had several occupations through the years and a GREAT deal of tools, materials, and excessive amounts of everything he attempted to build or remodel. He bought and restored mobile homes. When we first came to Bend to access the monumental task before us, Scott stepped right in and assured us we could systematically begin to clean things out and eventually put the mobile home on the market to sell. He was right. With his help and encouragement, it got done and now the mobile home has been sold.
