Scott was so helpful in our home buying process. He answered all of the questions we had as first time homebuyers and made sure we understood the process. We always felt like he was an advocate for us. He got to know our taste in homes and helped us find the perfect one! He made the process fun and never made us feel pressure. I had owned a house in MN for 15 years and recently decided to sell it. I currently live in SD so the sale wasn't going to be easy for me to be present or available for many of the little things that go on during a sale. I was at the house for a long weekend to take care of many of the small tasks needed to sell it and when I was getting close to finishing I called Scott via finding him on an internet search. He came that same day to discuss things and get everything ready to go which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the sales process he kept in great contact with me regarding what was going on. What I most appreciated was his consistent going beyond expectations and stopping by the house to check on it, performing a few small tasks that I couldn't due to the distance, and coordinating between all parties involved. Would without a doubt recommend him for someone looking to sell, or buy a house.
