Scott and Diane sold my mother's house when I was in a different state. They kept me in touch and we were able to do everything electronically. They put in a lot of effort to sell it, holding several open houses. In the end, they found the buyer themselves. They advised me on what to do to get the best price for the house. The best part is that they did light staging to help me get the best price for the house. Furthermore Scott and DIne are truly wonderful people.

After looking at several houses that we thought were within our price range, we were discouraged. However, Scott persevered in bringing us more possibilities. We felt Sun Lakes was out of our price range, but Scott pushed on, finding a house just coming out of probate and not even on the market yet. There were repairs to be made before escrow could close. Scott was excellent to work with. He was right on the ball with everything during the whole process. He communicated well with us every step of the way and even went out of his way to help when we had to go out of town briefly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He was good at letting us know what needed to be done to the house for a good sale. Very interpersonal and nice but at the same time, tough when needed. Did I mention our house sold in six days! We highly recommend him.
