So when it was time to sell I called him up which we’ve been in contact over the years so it wasn’t hard to get ahold of him that’s great when dealing with your realtor. Had several great offers for us in less than a week. And literally went all over to find us the right house. Early mornings late nights dealing with our difficult hoa the pushy sellers/buyers he got us the best deal possible in this crazy market. They are so on top of it. Have never had communication from any other realtor on the scale they gave to us. They would complete something and then let us know within hours that it was done as well as sticking to a time line they had established for us. Could not ask for anything more for a realtor to do.
