Scott Richardson is amazing experienced real estate agent I have come across in the last couple of years on my home search. I met him in one of the open houses and he gave some sound well-grounded advice on property market in RSM. Later while we were narrowing our search in Irvine, he helped us with numerous comps and good advice on each of the properties. Very prompt in responding and level of dedication and commitment which was best of the lot, made our home search a pleasant experience. Once we had finalized the property, he was proactive with all the closing paperwork and formalities. It was a pleasure working with Scott and will always engage of his services in future.

Scott worked with my wife & I to find the 'right' area & town home for us recently.
