Scott is hands down the best, most helpful real estate professional I’ve ever worked with. My father is a disabled veteran and I’m living out of state. Scott sent us lots of great options, went and walked through them for us and gave a very thorough pros and cons list with facts and opinions for each and every house to include considerations for my fathers disability. When I came to visit, Scott had a line up of great options for us to view and was full of helpful local and professional knowledge about the surrounding area and the homes themselves. If I had come up with a list of most desirable traits for my realtor, it would have fallen far short of what I got in Scott Richards! Scott was the most patient and supportive advocate I could have asked for. We changed courses many times during the months we worked together. He never complained - just redesigned his search criteria and started over each time. We traveled hundreds of miles and searched a good portion of WNC. He wrote several offers to purchase before we finally found the home that met our needs. As far as I am concerned, he has gone above and beyond all he needed to do.
