He assisted us by attending the inspection and walk thru, alerted us as soon as the property was in our name & brought us a lovely gift on closing day. Scott is very connected and was familiar with the property of interest, other realtor, local lawyers and inspectors. He also helped facilitate sharing needed information with our new property manager.
