As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor! We found Scott on recommendation from a friend after an unpleasant experience with another realtor. Our first offer with Scott was accepted, and Scott connected us with a trusted inspector, attorney and mortgage agent — making an overwhelming process painless. When days before closing we discovered some issues with the title, Scott promptly communicated the problem and informed us of our options in easy to understand terms. He was calm and reassuring but also realistic and direct about the possibility of the sale falling through. He stayed on top of all relevant communication between lawyers, surveyors, the seller, and her agent. He helped negotiate an arrangement that let us move into our new house before closing so we wouldn't have to move twice as the issues were sorted out—this was huge for us! Several months later and after much correspondence, we closed! Overall, Scott was simply amazing, we could really feel his advocacy and support throughout an unforeseeably complicated process. He made it as easy as it could be. We are so grateful to him for helping us into our home and would recommend him to anyone! When it comes time to sell, he'll be the first person we call.
