Angela and Scott were absolutely amazing. When we decided to sell our home at 345 North 9th, Angela & Scott came to meet with us. Angela told us what we needed to do! We were our home for 23 1/2 years and all kids gone. We got our home ready & Angela had a photographer come in and did amazing pictures and video. After that was done our house is sold in about a month and a half. Her knowledge of the market was amazing. She was very well aware on top of everything going on. It was hard to find a home because asking prices were going way over on bids! Angela was so good she kept saying don't worry about it you'll find your home you'll be happy, and she was right. We found our new home and couldn't be happier. I thank them for all they have done to make our life easier💕

Angela guided us through the whole process with an eye to make us comfortable with the change. Answered all our questions and was always available when we had questions. Even with a few bumps from the buyers getting their end complete she was always on top of the process. I would gladly recommend them for any buyng/selling process as they were top notch on everything.

Even before we put the house on the market Scott and Angelia worked with us to get the house in shape for the sale. They pointed out what we needed to do to get the top price for our house and what we should not waste our time on. They kept us updated on every aspect of the process. Their help was greatly appreciated. The house sold quickly and thanks to them it sold for more than I expected. Their market knowledge help to set a price for the listing that brought in the buyers. Their help relieved a lot of the stress that comes with selling our home. I know the whole process would not go as smooth and we would not get our price with out their help. They let you know what your part in the process is. They are a great team and made us feel a part of their team. We would never have gotten our price without them.

I am not sure where to start, Angela and Scott were not only there for the sale of the home. They stopped by a few times to give us ideas on color scheme, tile design, patterns and even helped me designed a layout for one of the bedrooms. They invested their time and effort to market my home at the right price, beautiful pictures, intro video it was definitely high end one stop service. They were available answered every question and walked us through the whole process, teaching us throughout every step. They were very patience, professional, enthusiastic and very level headed when the central air broke in the middle of an open house. Scott rocked it out that day. The Pappas team made us feel like a million buck, it was a great experience and I cannot wait to work with them again. Team Pappas is there with you at every step, and I mean every step. Who gave me the idea to close a closet door and build a new one, who advised on the fire place, color scheme, flooring type and outside arrangements ?? Team Pappas...who came to see how was the project coming along and advise on market trend changes ? Team Pappas The house was marketed at good price point,
