I don’t normally write reviews, however, the excellent service provided by Hugh Scott requires a review! From the very beginning dealing with him has been great! He’s friendly, insightful, and has had a ton of patience with me! I would definitely recommend Hugh Scott to others! You won’t regret it!

This is not our first, or second or....home. Finding our new home by circumstance was easy. But afterwards and the process of getting things done was where Scott exceeded expectations. He saw through getting inspection issues corrected and was the one to find the contractors we needed to repair our roof, get our electric within code, etc. More importantly perhaps is he is an absolute gentleman and calm enough to keep my obsessions within realistic limits. My numerous emails and messages were always promptly answered. Enough! He is and was terrific.

Scott is how you imagine realtors should be. Always available even with a busy schedule. Going above and beyond in supporting your interests and giving you good advise if something goes wrong. I had a very challenging process because of the seller that lasted 3 months, and another 2 month deal that got canceled before that. Scott never backed out nor lost energy to deal with the issues. Very knowledgeable and great to work with.I will recommend him to everyone I know. Also Anna that helps him one all is signed is great.

Scott was wonderful to work with. He clearly guided the process for me, was extremely responsive and a true advocate for my best interests. He is very knowledgeable about the area which was a tremendous assistance to me as I am not a local. He and his team are on top of their game, they answered any and all questions I had, coordinated the various needs of the transaction seamlessly and although I am sure very busy, were very attentive to my individual search and purchase.

We have been working with Scott for a little while now and he is an agent that more agents should be like. He truly cares about his clients, he always goes the extra mile for us. I noticed that many agents today are not professional and really do not care about the work they do. Scott is the exception, but should be the rule on how agents act and work!

Have used Scott twice in the last 6 months. First time was with a rental and the second time was for a condo purchase. Scott's knowledge of the Boca/Delray area is unsurpassed and his customer service and response time to my texts and emails was super fast. He did a great job of negotiating our condo purchase. The time frame from contract submission to final contract agreement with the seller was less than 2 hours. Scott was there for the initial viewing, the inspection and closing, which was very simple and smooth. We love our new condo and we purchased it at a great price. I can't recommend Scott more highly.

I'm so thankful for finding Hugh Miller on Realtor.com. I inquired about a property for sale on Realtor.com and Hugh Miller was the realtor to reach out to me. I believe that was January 2020 I started my search for a home to buy. Hugh was incredibly knowledgeable in every area of real estate. Hugh is familiar with so many different areas, developments new & old, gated communities as well as 55 & over communities in Palm Beach County. I will forever and always be grateful for Hugh’s patience, kindness, encouragement, a million miles of travel along with so many hours of his time. He took his time and find the right location for us . I sold and bought a couple of houses in my life time . But Scott was the best .

Scott was readily available and was most gracious showing us 5 homes before we made a decision. Once we made the decision he was diligent to follow up and make sure all details were handled. Definitely would recommend and I would use Scott again.
