Hugh was extremely helpful when my husband and I purchased our home in Boca County Club.. he made sure we got through the HOA application process in one piece..it seemed like there there were endless forms and questions that were required. We got emails and texts making sure we were up to date on everything, and answered every question we had.. Scott was very good at suggesting properties that met my requirements, style, and budget. He was always very responsive and looking out for my best interests.
