He presented our home stunningly--labeled areas of the home we had updated or wanted to highlight, set up very clear and professional flyers for people to take, set out a handwritten list of things our family personally loved about the home. He suggested a "coming soon campaign" and I'm so grateful we trusted him because our listing and photos got so many view and saves during that week that we had showings booked as soon as we went live and we had a contract signed the next day. He is honest, dependable, professional, and now even a friend. We never felt overwhelmed or alone, and he made what is usually a pretty difficult and busy process pretty seamless and even exciting.
