He not only made key suggestions about improvements in my house like updating the kitchen, bathrooms, den and the basement as well as painting the inside and outside of my house, redoing the floors and a staircase in order to increase its value and attract more potential buyers but also oversaw all projects. I work from home and require a very quiet home office environment but I also travel a lot. Scott managed to arrange all improvement projects to fit my busy schedule. Contractors would only show up at my house when I was away – so I was never bothered by noise and other inconveniences of remodeling. He even went so far to buy new light fixtures and a doorbell that I didn’t have to do it. Since “open house” coincided with the beginning of the corona crisis in the U.S. Scott made sure that there was plenty of hand sanitizer as well as soap and towels available for visitors. He also wiped door handles and furniture. Scotts outstanding work payed off when the house was put on the market. It sold on day one for the full asking price. I would give Scott a six- or seven-star-rating if possible.
