Scott was great to work with in helping us find our home in Philadelphia. We were moving from out of state, so Scott's patience during this process and willingness to go above and beyond. We were having trouble finding a place and were not always able to go out to see some of the listings, so Scott went and filmed virtual walkthrough of the homes and gave very honest reviews of homes to make sure that we ended up in a place we love.

He showed us houses way before we were officially looking, just to teach us what to look for at a showing and to help us figure out what we liked and disliked at each house. By the time we were putting in offers, we were confident in our ability to select a house that we knew we would enjoy. He was also very quick to put our offers in once we had decided, which is very important in this housing market to get your offers in early. Lastly, he’s friendly and is fun to talk and hang out with. It made our weekends more enjoyable because he was easy to spend time with. We recommend him to all our friends and the ones that have used him are also very happy with him.
