Scott Keane helped me and my husband buy our first home. He was actually the one to reach out to us first, as he saw I had applied to a property he was helping to rent, and discussed that it may be possible to buy a home. After learning more about the home buying process, we decided that this felt like the right move for us. Scott was great to work with in helping us find our home in Philadelphia. We were moving from out of state, so Scott's patience during this process and willingness to go above and beyond. We were having trouble finding a place and were not always able to go out to see some of the listings, so Scott went and filmed virtual walkthrough of the homes and gave very honest reviews of homes to make sure that we ended up in a place we love.

We originally used Scott to assist us with locating a rental property, but the search did not result in finding a suitable house to rent. Scott did work very hard to show us everything available, but that did not work out. Scott made a very good impression on both my fiancé and me, so when it came time to buy a house 1 1/2 years later, we reached out to Scott again. He met use at showings day and night, until we found our dream house. The house was off the market at the time, but Scott managed to get us in to walk through and we ultimately put in an offer and got the house. From start to finish, Scott was accommodating to our schedules, very professional, and worked hard to find us options that met our criteria.

Scott has helped us find a rental and to buy our first home. Scott took so much time to help us understand the process of buying a home and to help us figure out what we wanted in a home. He showed us houses way before we were officially looking, just to teach us what to look for at a showing and to help us figure out what we liked and disliked at each house. By the time we were putting in offers, we were confident in our ability to select a house that we knew we would enjoy. He was also very quick to put our offers in once we had decided, which is very important in this housing market to get your offers in early. Lastly, he’s friendly and is fun to talk and hang out with. It made our weekends more enjoyable because he was easy to spend time with. We recommend him to all our friends and the ones that have used him are also very happy with him.

Scott did a great job. Always kept me informed of any interest and. He is young and willing to jump through hoops to enhance his reputation. Having dealt with other realtors in my life, his enthusiasm was appreciated.
