My wife and I had to clean and sell a relatives house in Florida, while living in Massachusetts. We had two weeks to go to Florida to accomplish this task. After meeting with several agents, we selected the Hutchinsons because of their thorough examination of the property and setting a price that we thought was realistic. Within two days of listing the property we had 5 views and several offers including one for full price. (this was not a bargain price). This is where there work began. Because we were not in town, they coordinated the home inspection, hired contractors to do a few minor projects and kept us informed on a weekly basis. We found a property we loved in a neighborhood we wanted to live in March 2012. The owners were deceased. We were shown the property by a realtor in a local long-time family agency who had allegedly been the listing agent for the previous owners. We made seven different offers on this property over a 6 month period without successfully coming to an agreement with the Trust who had control. The realtors we were dealing with were not helpful, but to the contrary stood in our way of purchasing the property. We finally gave up and looked for something else. Only one other property suited us, but was already under contract. When we contacted Nancy Hutchinson to learn about the other property she and her son, Scott, explained it was already under contract and since it was a cash deal was certain to close. She offered to help us find another property that would suit our needs. So we asked them to show us other homes for sale in the neighborhood we wanted. Scott worked with us on and off for over a year until we found the perfect house for us.
