I was selling my mom's home from out of state, and Scott was extremely helpful dealing with things from a distance. Not only did he market, display, and sell the home, but he also organized to have a thrift shop pick up items to donate, found people to help empty a workshop, and met with technicians to fix things at the home before the sale. From the first day we met with Scott he put my mind at ease. He moved quickly to make contacts for the up and coming listing. He got us a house cleaner for the sale of the sale. He contacted all necessary repair folks, furniture pickup, personal gardening, and marked off areas they could be dangerous for potential buyers. We had several walk throughs and well as many contracts to buy with 2 days. Any time I called he called my back in the evening. He sent spread sheets on the different proposals as well as a test sheet for practice for online signatures. I know our house was a hand full and he really put his heart into it to make it painless and fast for us. I would hire him in a heartbeat!
