In 2017 Scott helped us buy our first home. It was a short sale that needed a ton of work. He was extremely professional and thorough during the entire process and got us a much better deal than we had hoped. 5 star service all around. Four years later when we were ready to sell, we called him again. He helped instruct us on how to get the most money for our home, and when it was ready we were able to list it for higher than we had imagined. Less than one week later we were under contract for 50k over asking! At the same time he helped us go under contract on our next home, and locked it in 50k under asking! A 100k swing in a couple weeks was Huge for our family! We have been extremely pleased with Scott as three-peat customers! He is a great communicator, very knowledgeable, and an excellent realtor!
