Scott technically represented the seller but that did nit stop him from stepping in and giving us (the buyer) guidance where needed. Scott communicate was excellent. When issues came up, he was right on getting issues taken care of. Scott made contact with the surveyor, county engineers, lawyers and kept everyone updated on the progress. Again he did that for us as the buyer. After a few delays the closing finally happened. We are thankful to Scott for his assistance and highly recommend him.
We will never recommend anyone except for Scott Estep to anyone we know who is looking for a home. Exactly as the headline says, we were blown away by how much Scott cared for us and the amount of strategies that he knew to use to get us the home we have now. Because of the terms he used, we believe he is the biggest reason someone accepted our offer that was significantly lower than the highest offer that was placed. He is a huge key to your dream coming true with the house you want to find. We did have the eyes for the house that we wanted, but he had the skills to actually get the house.
