When it came to picking realtors to help me sell my house, the list was rather short. In the Bowling Green/Toledo area, Scott and his team have a very good reputation. Scott was very detailed in laying out the process for us, what to expect, timelines, etc. Scott reached out multiple times during the stretch for the first deadline to make sure everything was going as planned, as it was. We had a potential buyer come to us just shy of our first deadline and Scott was extremely quick to act. He was in contact with the potential buyer within 12 hours of the notice and had already scheduled a walkthrough!
