Scott was recommended by a co-worker as I had interviewed three other agents and wasn't satisfied with them. My property was rural and had 40 acres. He came out and asked all the right questions for a rural property that the other agents didn't. I thought it was going to take 3-4 months to sell my property and he had it sold within a week after listing. I then had to scramble and find a place in town. He helped me do that too. That took a while longer and he was sweating as he wanted to make sure I had a place to live. We found a place once he helped me narrow my focus. He did seem to care and listened to my concerns. Totally recommend him.
