Successfully purchased a condo in an aggressive market!
Before making the decision to sell my home and purchase a condo, I met with Scott Bzdok to consider the pros/cons (house vs condo living, resale value, etc). He was well prepared and knowledgeable; taking time to guide me through the selling process and the current market conditions in my area. Scott asked numerous questions to determine my requirements for a condo (location, size, bedrooms, garage, price range, year built, etc). After deciding to move forward, Scott developed a detailed marketing plan for selling my house; when we executed Scott’s plan it resulted in multiple offers more than $30k over asking price. Once my house was listed, Scott created an automated search; making it easy for me to see current and new condo property listings. After identifying several properties, Scott booked appointments to see each one resulting in identifying a property that fit my needs. In developing the condo offer Scott again was well prepared with recent comparable sales. He also pointed out relevant market conditions to consider, which we included in the offer, resulting in the seller accepting. This was important given aggressive competition; the offer was strong without exceeding reasonable market conditions and future resell value. Throughout the selling/purchasing process; even with numerous clients, Scott responded timely via, email, text and phone calls; in short, I felt I was his number one priority. After working with Scott it became clear he is driven and understands his success is dependent on staying on top of current market conditions, developing a solid marketing plan, and making each client a priority.
