Scott was high energy and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about what I needed to do prior to putting the house for sale. Everything I did made the difference because of him. Pictures were phenomenal. Marketing was right on. Always returned phone calls for questions that eased my mind. Was very patient with the many homes that we looked at even though some were awful.

I have been involved in single family and multifamily acquisitions/renovations/disposition/property management for over 45 years. I have dealt with a lot of R.E.Agents over the years. This was the first time I have dealt with Scott Bzdok as an agent representing me as a seller. He listened to each of my requests for this listing, before I was willing to list with him. He accepted all of my conditions, no whining, no trying to negotiate my requests down. He accepted all of them. Then, he gave me a printed timeline of what would happen and when. Starting with the "coming soon" notification, listing live date, open house to be held on Saturday and Sunday (back-to-back) because the UofM/Ohio State game was Saturday and he wanted to be sure, and "capture" all interested parties. Timeline continues with expected multiple full price offers to review two days after the open house weekend. I laughed and explained the market had softened, according to other real estate agents and perhaps he was a bit overenthusiastic. He assured me to be patient. He presented me a full price offer on Friday evening (before the open house weekend) after 4 showings on Friday. I accepted the offer, and we closed on December 15! Fourteen days after the listing went live. This was a CTNM transaction! He is amazing as an agent. I look forward to the next transaction. Our experience with Scott was superlative in every way. He is nothing short of a miracle worker. He helped us to make our house look its very best, put it on the market in record time, and used every possible outlet to get it seen. Within two days of putting it on the market, there were over a dozen showings and an open house with another twenty groups going through the house. From a pool of five great offers, we picked our buyers the third day after the first showing. Amazing! You might think that most of his work would be done at this point, but not so.
