Scott was truly excellent in all areas. This was an old house that I inherited and it was in bad shape. We worked together for three months clearing out the house (estate sale), inspecting, repairing, and renovating the house. We discussed the scope and value of each update and Scott gave realistic and honest advice. He had recommendations and multiple bids for each job, and using those people produced fast and quality results each time. The house was absolutely transformed once the work was done. I was so happy to see an old family home returned to a respectable condition! When the house went on the market, we had 2 offers within 2 days (before the open house even). We countered and accepted an offer, and it closed in 2 weeks. The work we did paid off in getting an excellent sales price. The value generated was outstanding. Scott was professional and efficient with all interactions. I couldn't have had a better experience! In addition, Scott was 100% trustworthy, and patient. He took care of all issues at the house in my absence and made sure it was secure and valuables were protected. He even moved a few important things to his house for safekeeping until I could meet him. His willingness to email and take calls after my work hours (between 6-8 pm) was super helpful. All interactions moved quickly. Another area that Scott went above and beyond in was repairing and cleaning the house. This house hadn't been cleaned or updated in decades and Scott personally did much of the cleaning and minor repairs at no charge. For example, cleaning grout in the bathroom floors, cleaning sinks and tubs, vacuuming a fireplace, and painting a mail slot, and power washing the patio. Also putting in door handles, cabinet hardware, and light switch covers. I never expected him to do all these things himself but was thrilled when he did! Amazingly helpful!!

He continually updated us with the results of the Facebook campaign, and aggressively marketed the house with open houses. Great experience start to finish, and I believe the hard work paid off with a fast sale. It was a great experience start to finish.
