Scott was very patient and understanding of our needs for the last two houses. His continuous dedication to communication, accurate information, timeliness and working relationships with other interested parties give him the edge we need in a realtor. Scott is an awesome Realtor! He is super easy to work with, diligent and on top of everything, and very professional. Scott was easy to get a hold of and a great communicator and team player through our entire escrow process. We hit snags but he was on top of working together to get around them.
I felt that Scott Brown went above and beyond what is normally expected of a real estate agent in selling our house. For example, he himself painted 3 rooms in the house to improve the visual appeal! To me, this was just astonishing that he would do this. He was also frequently there and would help out when we were working on the house. He was there for all inspections as well. In addition, he always maintained good communication on the progress of the sale. I would totally recommend Scott Brown to anyone interested in selling a house.
Scott Brown, once again, exceeded our expectations when it came to the purchase of our second property. We really would never have considered using another agent when we decided to pursue another property. Excellent at guiding us on negotiated price and spent many, many weekends showing up many properties that met our needs. He found this property for us after many showings and it felt great to land on something that really met all of our needs.
