I had a wonderful experience with Scott when I sold my property. He works SO hard for his clients. He organized my open house on the Saturday and Sunday- 2 days after my property was listed and it went pending on Sunday. 3 days on and off the market. Scott is so professional and handled negations on my behalf seamlessly. He is very detailed and looked out for me in every way possible. His marketing talents are above and beyond. Not only did he get pics, videos and matterport, but he also marketed my home on instagram, facebook and even has a YouTube channel that markets to buyers out of state.
