Scott sold our home for the high end of the price range in our neighborhood in less than prevailing market time and helped us buy our new home in a complex relocation process. Both ends of the deal had multiple unexpected complications that Scott shepherded us through. We have bought and sold many houses over the years, and all of them had hiccups. These two recent transactions take the cake however and were beyond complicated, and the number of obstacles at every step was unbelievable. Scott handled them with aplomb and provided expert guidance throughout. The most telling detail about his service is when he was out of the country and our house went under contract two days before he left, and we put a contract on our new home the day before he left. He spent the day before he left dealing with a lengthy and unfamiliar relo contract and making sure our buyer’s contract was finalized. While he was away, we would never have known as he answered texts and calls quickly and revised contracts despite a 6 hour time difference and being away from his usual office. Most agents would not have given this high level of service while on vacation and our deals would definitely have fallen through.
