We used Scott to buy our forever home in Mission Viejo. He negotiated some repairs and upgrades we were not expecting and closed escrow in a timely manner and with minimal effort on our parts. Scott also sold our home in Downey at full price and suggested a price well over what we would have guessed. He also minimized any repairs or unexpected expense as part of the sale. Again Scott minimized any inconvenience to us.

Although he was super helpful, he was never over bearing and never pestering or pushy, which I had always thought realtors were. He was quick to respond whenever I needed him, and never bothered us unless necessary which I appreciated.
