Scott did a great job in helping us find our home. He was actually away with his family the weekend we did the viewing but worked his Sunday night to put in an offer, after doing comps to make sure we weren't overpaying. He advised us NOT to go above a certain number (even if it ultimately meant we might not have got the house, and he wouldn't have got his commission). He obviously is in the game for the long term and cares about his clients. He also put in contingencies that he could see were needed. After the offer was accepted (yay!) he worked really hard to make sure that everything was resolved and the house was ready for us, including advising on all kinds of extra services we might need. This was really helpful to us as we were new to the area. Highly recommend Scott to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy agent who works hard and knows his business.
