Scot was on time for all appointments and spent as much time as was needed to address my questions and needs. He was available by cell phone for questions too. He estimated the selling price to be more than I thought it would be and it sold for more than I thought it would. He estimated how quick the house would sell and I was very happy it sold as soon as it did. Also, the closing on the house went very smooth. Me, not being from the Flint area and not familiar with his reality company and their reality signs and being an election year with lots of political signs in yards, the reality sign used in front of my house was not familiar to me as representing a house for sale. Also, I thought the inside pictures of the house were dark and it was hard to see the detail of the rooms. The house sold for more than I thought it would and much sooner than I thought and Scot was great to work with. It was a great selling experience.
