10/10 would recommend Kevin to a friend or household member. He made the procedure of buying a residence exciting and thrilling rather of stressful. He is current and responsive. During my inspection, a problem with the sewer was found. Kevin went out of his way to organize a plumber to come out the subsequent morning. He met with the plumber whilst I used to be at work to be able to furnish an estimate for repairs. I am extraordinarily grateful for his help! Great Job Kevin!
