My wife and I stumbled onto Scarlett while looking online for accommodation as we planned a move to Boston from Toronto. Her initial responsiveness to our online queries led us to ask her to help us when were on the ground in Boston. We were completely satisfied with the service she provided and enjoyed the opportunity to get to know her and see Boston through her eyes. She is great!
