I have worked with Travis twice now - to buy my first home and to sell it
I have worked with Travis twice now - to buy my first home and to sell it. And, to sum it up, I hope to work with him any time I need a realtor in the future! He made purchasing my home in Manhattan, KS effortless, including advising me on offers, encouraging me to look at the house I ended up purchases when I was on the fence, and helping me to negotiate an amazing deal. He helped me with who to talk to for quotes regarding mortgages locally, inspections, and even when I was torn on trash pickup services, was able to help me out.
In two years, when I went to sell the house, I called up Travis and we walked through the improvements I'd made on the home. He had great research for the area and a confidence in listing the house at a good price. When we spoke to him, it was a Monday and he said he would have photos taken over the next few days and get it listed no later than Friday.
He surpassed that by far - listing it by Tuesday night and, by Wednesday, we were told to expect an offer. Within 48 hours of the house being listed, we had a cash offer at asking with amazing terms!
Today we finalized the paperwork which Travis made really easy, as I've already moved about five hours away. He's kept me posted on things happening with the house and, as soon as the contract was signed, was sending me what to expect in terms of our profit (yes, profit, because he got me such a good deal on that house with Travis's help!) and letting me know to reach out if I needed anything ever.
I hired a few realtors that ended up being pushy with homes, or not sending me suggestions at all so I was hunting on my own before meeting Travis. There is no comparison. Travis is by far the most professional, friendly, and 'in the market knowledgable' of anyone I worked with before.
