Sawsan (Susan) is an amazing agent. She was with us every step of the way: from finding the right location, locating a reasonable property, staying in the loop of what's happening with the mortgage company, and even seeing to the transfer of utilities. I believe I spoke to Susan almost every day. She was always available to keep us updated on what's going on in the process and answer any questions we had. She really went above and beyond our expectations of a typical real estate agent. Super easy to work with, very knowledgeable of the real estate in the area and very helpful.
