She came ready with tons of local experts for siding work, inspections, pest control--even wood burning stove removal. She calmed us down when we were anxious over closing, and found us an amazing steal of a mortgage. I wish we would have come a little more prepared knowing what to ask for/how to negotiate when making an offer, as I think we could have been better at driving negotiations, but overall working with Savannah was a great experience and I'd highly recommend her to anyone searching for their new home.
