This was our second time working with Savannah for a reason- we first purchased with her in 2019. She is friendly, knowledgable, responsive and resourceful. As we had moved out of state, she handled preparing the property for listing and sale, inclusive of setting up price-conscious cleaning/landscaping/haul-away. Once multiple offers were on the table, she quickly identified the best for us in our situation, rather than just the face value. If we ever do any kind of real estate in the South Sound again, we will absolutely be contacting Savannah!
