Sold My Home at a Price I was Very Happy With
Sasha is very knowledgeable; she knows current trends, pricing strategies, and what buyers are looking for. Her insight was priceless to helping me set a competitive yet fair price that reflected my home’s true value, and letting me know what I needed to take care of in and around my home if I was serious about selling it (in which I did). She was also realistic with me for a rough timeline of when homes in my area sell before we got started (which was a couple of months in my area).
