Working with Sargis could not have been a better experience! First of all, he is extremely professional and personable. He was very proactive throughout the entire process of buying our home and was available at any moment to answer questions or deal with any concerns that we had. Most importantly, he put together a market analysis that was extremely effective. He should offer a course to other people in real estate so brokers could better mimic that expertise and bring up the market standards a bit. I would absolutely recommend hiring Sargis for any home sale or purchase!
