Attractive signs were made and placed throughout the home that pointed out key selling features which other agents don't often bother to read in the listing and are not always obvious. Her decorating skills with changes, arrangements, and added plants were valuable and fun and many I've repeated in my new home. Sarah doesn't just list your home (paperwork). She knows what is needed for photography to showcase the home's key selling features which led to rearrangements of art work, shifting area rugs, furniture, and decorative objects, plus sending large speakers and the treadmill to the garage. Sarah was straightforward in her analysis of the current market, even suggested the option of waiting to list. She was accurate on pricing, yet flexible when I wanted to try a higher price.
