We first got to know Sarah via an internet walk-through while we were packing out of Florida intending to relocate to Staunton VA. We immediately liked her low key accommodating and friendly demeanor. She stuck with us through thick and thin through 4 months while we were looking for our next home. Inventory was sparse and overpriced and she helped us navigate through three offers, competing with many bidders. Sarah was available to us at all times and took us to many viewings far and wide. We are now happily living in the kind of house we were looking for initially. Sarah has a very sweet personality and we consider her our dear friend. In the past agressive real estate agents have made us dread re-locating, but this time it was a pleasure. We highly recommend Sarah Shilling!
