We first got to know Sarah via an internet walk-through while we were packing out of Florida intending to relocate to Staunton VA. We immediately liked her low key accommodating and friendly demeanor. She stuck with us through thick and thin through 4 months while we were looking for our next home. Inventory was sparse and overpriced and she helped us navigate through three offers, competing with many bidders. Sarah was available to us at all times and took us to many viewings far and wide. We are now happily living in the kind of house we were looking for initially. Sarah has a very sweet personality and we consider her our dear friend. Sarah came highly recommended from another realtor. From our first conversation on the phone, she listened to the details we were looking for in a house and that time was very sensitive with only having two months before the apartment lease expired. When we started touring houses, we quickly discovered the real estate market was fast paced. Houses were under contract in less than 24 hours of being listed. Sarah was patient and very accommodating in scheduling tours of many houses to fit our schedule. When we chose a house, it had several offers. Sarah guided us on the process and how to make an offer the sellers wouldn't refuse. She also reminded us how important it was to stay within our budget despite the other offers. With her professional guidance, our offer was accepted! The process from start to finish was very smooth. Sarah kept us informed on what to expect and when. When it came to hiring professionals to help complete the process, Sarah provided names of competent people. As we were coming to the final 24 hours before the closing, it was time for the final walk through. Unfortunately, we had two issues arise. One was serious enough to delay the closing. Sarah's efforts in troubleshooting the issues resulted in contacting her broker and the selling realtor. The joint effort expedited the repairs to allow closing within two days and to start the moving process. We were very touched when Sarah contacted us after the move to make sure everything was working properly. She is professional, knowledgeable and communicates well. We would definitely contact Sarah for future real estate needs.

Sarah was amazing from day one. She walked us through the entire process and was extremely responsive--helping calm our first-time homebuyer jitters!
