I'm from Los Angeles and my husband and I were lucky enough to find Sarah to help us buy our first home together in Oakland. The first unit we purchased was a TIC in a prime location close to Lake Merritt. TIC's are complicated transactions and Sarah was extremely patient about walking us through the process and staying on top of all of the details. We kept in touch with Sarah over the years and she offered advice on what was worth upgrading or not as we updated the unit. 7 years later, our family outgrew our home, so it was time to sell and Sarah was there to help us through that process as well. She also just recently helped us purchase a larger home for our family. She is extremely knowledgable about the neighborhoods in Oakland, patient and has a wonderful demeanor. She is very responsive and flexible. We highly recommend her!
