Sarah helped us successfully sell 40 acres of land, and we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. Sarah is very experienced and was beyond helpful in communicating with us on what our house would be worth, how it was set apart from other similar properties in order to maximize on that, and was very efficient in handling the process with us. Her estimate was very close to what our house sold for, even for selling during winter months. Her advice on how to get it ready for showings was spot-on. She was very available when we had questions. She has an EXCELLENT attitude for customer service. We felt impressed that it seemed she did her absolute best to help us make a good sale and feel happy about the whole process in the end. We highly recommend her!

Sarah was very professional but she was also very easygoing and went above and beyond to meet my specific needs. I was buying and selling all while starting a new job in a new state 1600 miles away but she helped keep things moving forward and I learned a lot from her. I would recommend her to friends and family and would gladly work with her again!

This is the third time Sarah has been our realtor. We sold a townhome in St. Paul, and bought the house in North Branch eleven years ago. Of course, we called Sarah again when we wanted to sell our North Branch house. Sarah is so knowledgeable and walked us through the housing disclosure process. She priced our house perfectly, which attracted ten showings in the first three days the house was on the market. And that was in the winter with snow and ice in the driveway! If I had a question, I texted Sarah, and she answered almost as soon as I hit Send. Sarah arranged the photography of the house for sale, and the young photographer made our house look great! Sarah is now working with her husband, Steve, and he is a great addition. Steve went off with my husband to discuss various fixes to the house as he is an experienced contractor. They are a great team so we got two-for-one when we hired Sarah.

Sarah did a great job helping me get into my home, I had a smaller selection of houses for the area I was looking in and for my price range, Sarah was always open to looking at any house and gave me advice on the work that would need to go into the house. There was many late nights and early mornings either I had questions and things needed to be dealt with and Sarah was always fast to respond and answer my questions. Even after closing Sarah has checked in to make sure everything is going smoothly for me.
