Sarah McCandless is a wonderful agent when selling your home and helping to answer questions when purchasing a new one that is out of the immediate area. Sarah answers her phone calls and if she is unable to gets back promptly on the phone. She is a great communicator and kept us up to date on everything and if not on the phone via text. ( as there are a zillion questions) She was understanding of the emotional aspect of a selling a home you love and provided guidance with the nervousness of fear with buying a new one. Sarah never acted like we were a burden/bothersome. She always cheerful even when we knew she had a busy day. We found her to be very knowledgeable and went beyond the basics. She made to process easier to handle. Overall outstanding..
