KLAS Team LLC at Realty One Group Dockside in Myrtle Beach, SC was formed in November 2018 by Alan Kalisky and Sarah LaPerle. The KLAS Team received a team Quality Service Award (QSA) with Century 21 (where they first affiliated) and were consistently one of the top producers at Century 21 Broadhurst. After seeing growth potential for their business and team, they moved their license to Realty One Group Dockside in February 2022. They continue their growing business and will be able to expand their team. The KLAS Team’s current professional experience includes residential, commercial, land and investment property sales. Alan was born and raised in Long Island, New York. Prior to real estate, Alan was in the Army Reserve and retired with the NYPD in 2014. Alan’s family moved from New York to Myrtle Beach in 2000, and he finally made it to Myrtle Beach in 2014. Alan is very active with the local retired police organizations in Myrtle Beach, and serves on the executive board. Sarah was born in Beckley, West Virginia and has lived in six states including Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Texas and South Carolina. Sarah enjoyed vacations in Myrtle Beach with friends and family her whole life, prior to making this her permanent home in 2013 with her husband and children. Prior to real estate, Sarah obtained a B.A. in history and a M.A. in adult education and training. Sarah played tennis in high school and college and served as team captain during her senior year of high school and junior year in college.
