What a pleasant experience working with Sarah! Buying a house can be very stressful, but with Sarah’s guidance and knowledge of the homebuying process, had me worrying much less. Her communication was top-notch, she kept me informed of all the dialogue between realtors and the lending department, so I never had to guess where things were at. I truly felt like she was on my side, she was able to negotiate pricing, which helped me a lot! It was apparent that she had worked with the selling agent previously. In my case, the selling agent was on vacation, but Sarah was still able to get in contact with her so we could make this deal happen. I will be forever grateful for having Sarah as my realtor and if I ever sell or buy again, she will be the first, and only person I will go to.
