The communication was excellent & very timely and she explained things to me that I didn’t know in a way which was easy for me to understand as this was my first time selling a property. She made the process extremely smooth with her professionalism, knowledge of the market and masterful negotiation skills. She REALLY CARES WHAT’S BEST FOR THE HOMEOWNER. What a pleasant experience working with Sarah! Buying a house can be very stressful, but with Sarah’s guidance and knowledge of the homebuying process, had me worrying much less. Her communication was top-notch, she kept me informed of all the dialogue between realtors and the lending department, so I never had to guess where things were at. I truly felt like she was on my side, she was able to negotiate pricing, which helped me a lot! It was apparent that she had worked with the selling agent previously. In my case, the selling agent was on vacation, but Sarah was still able to get in contact with her so we could make this deal happen. I will be forever grateful for having Sarah as my realtor and if I ever sell or buy again, she will be the first, and only person I will go to.
I did not have a realtor yet and Sarah happened to be the realtor who showed me a home I was interested in. I really felt a “meant to be” vibe when meeting her and decided to sign with her as my agent. Her communication and knowledge was amazing.
