Sarah J. Schoeneman

Sarah was a pleasure to work with. Although there were a few occasions in which I felt she didn't reply in a timely manner, she was always very involved in the process - especially with regard to all of the inspections/appointments. She was present for all of the inspections, and asked some questions that I hadn't thought of. She made a couple of trips to the County offices on my behalf, gathering information for me. She is very knowledgeable about the area, which I very much appreciate as a recent transplant. This was a huge endeavor for me - purchasing a home on my own. Sarah was extremely encouraging and supportive, without being pushy ....... she understood and respected my apprehensions as a newly single woman embarking on a major decision! I am happy to recommend Sarah Schoeneman to anyone looking to purchase, or sell, a home here on the Mendocino coast!
