We had a great experience working with our realtor, Sarah Hill. As out of state purchasers we were unfamiliar with many of the nuances of buying property in Florida. Sarah is highly knowledgeable of the Hernando Beach area and was always available to answer the many questions we had throughout the process. Sarah's professional enthusiasm, keen knowledge and ability to zero in on showing the right properties which met our unique needs was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent. Thank you Sarah! Lois & Michael Peszke

Thank you Sarah for your impeccable service helping me purchase my vacation home in Weeki Wachee. Making such a decision was easy despite living 1100 miles away. The time you spent sending me video of the property and personal recommendations was incredibly helpful. My final walk thru inspection was met with accurate details. I'm so happy to have met you and am blessed to have you as my realtor. Best wishes, Craig Cooley
