Sarah did an excellent job in finding a home for us in Anthem Ranch in 2021. In an extremely competitive market she was always prompt in showing us homes we were interested in. She listened carefully to what size and type of home we wanted. We were informed of a desirable home at noon on a wednesday. She showed us the home two hours later, and drew up an offer that same evening. Sensing the competitive market and the high level of interest in the home, she advised us to submit a more competetive offer, which helped us to secure a home we really enjoy.

Sarah helped us purchase a home in CO, when were were stuck in WA during Covid-19. Also, due to prior surgeries it made it very difficult to travel. Sarah was on the ball and went to sites, took videos, pictures, etc. and helped us navigate this difficult move and transition. She was so helpful and always encouraged us, despite Covid-19, etc. I could not have asked for a better agent and friend! She knows the market well and has a lot of experience to navigate difficult questions you may have. We could not have made this move without here.
